Small Street B&B and Café...yum!
Saturday morning I met a friend for breakfast at one of my favorite early moring restaurants; the Small Street B&B and Café in Pittsboro. I enjoy meeting friends here because it is inviting and the atmosphere is so relaxing plus if you beat the rush; you can easily sit and chat for a couple of hours. The owners, Lisa & Dave, are friendly, easy going, and down to earth. They are also pet friendly as you often see people sitting outside with pets by their side.
The restaurant practices farm to fork and have delicious choices: quiche, lemon ricotta pancakes…yum, I had cornmeal pancakes the other day and there are no words for how good they were! There is an assortment of delicious options to choose from. This cute place is also opened for lunch and one day I plan on going for a quick bite, as the menu looks quite appetizing. It is not a large menu but I think it the perfect size!
The Café is open Wednesday - Saturday, 7.30am - 2pm, Sunday 9:00am - 2:00pm and the entrance is on Small Street in Pittsboro NC.
They also run a B&B which is child and pet friendly; a nice treat!
It is a chilly day; a good day for a hot cup of coffee…maybe I should snuggle with a book!
