How's the Real Estate Market in Cary NC?

I researched the Cary real estate market the other day to prepare for a listing appointment in Cary NC.  My recent experience with buyers and sellers told me the Triangle area real estate market is improving.  To my surprise, the Cary real estate market has drastically improved.
